1. Q: If I order today, how long will it take for the shipment?
A: Our delivery time is about 3-5 days after receiving your payment and the shipping time is about 4-6 days. So normally it takes about two weeks in total.

9. Packing
All the inspection camera kit is standard packed with tool case except the 89 series with economical packing by the paper box as standard and tool case optional. Special requirements should be mentioned in the order.

 We supply products at producer price. We offer the spare parts for repair.
 We don't set MOQ except for the OEM/ODM/Customized products.
 We can provide fast delivery since we always have products in stock and keep the supply of raw materials normal.

11. Warranty
Our products are warranted for one full year (checking and repairing services) from the date of purchase which products are not being damaged by any man-made factors.
