Warranty

QYTECO sales communicate online 24 hours a day with manual customer service. 
QYTECO's maintenance team is experienced and can quickly locate problems and provide solutions.
QYTeco products (excluding gifts and perishable items, such as camera heads, screens, and so on) are guaranteed for one year (12 months) from the date of purchase (maintenance and repair services).
If the product is damaged due to non-human factors and the product is returned due to product quality or QYTeco Team error, we will bear the return and shipping costs.
  • Project Evaluation
    Please provide your detailed requirements, including design materials (your logo, text, design style, functions requirement, etc)
  • Come To An Agreement​​​​​​​
    Negotiate about the MOQ, payment method, range of action, rights, and obligations of both parties and draft and sign the ODM/OEM agreement.​​​​​​​
  • Set Up A Design Team​​​​​​​
    Create a mail group or an online communication group like WhatsApp for timely communication and follow-up. ​​​​​​​
  • Design And Development​​​​​​​
    We will begin the design and development according to your requirements and confirm with you during the process until you are satisfied.​​​​​​​
  • Production Time​​​​​​​
    We will provide you with the timeline and update you on the new progress for mold testing (ODM). Provide you the sample before mass production.​​​​​​​
  • Delivery​​​​​​​
    When mass production is complete, we will start shipping to your defined destination as a requirement.​​​​​​​
  • Warranty​​​​​​​
    We will provide you with the same warranty as the standard product.​​​​​​​
  • After-Sales Service​​​​​​​
    If you don’t receive the goods in time or have any problems with the products, please feel free to contact us.​​​​​​​
